Loaded Olive Oil Dip

Extra virgin olive oil (room_temperature)

Garlic cloves (minced)

Red chili flakes (dried)

Fresh rosemary (chopped)

Fresh thyme (chopped)

Sea salt (coarse)

Parmesan cheese (shaved)

Instructions
Prepare aromatics
Finely mince the garlic cloves and chop the fresh rosemary and thyme leaves.
Heat the oil
Pour the olive oil into a small saucepan and place over low heat.
Infuse the oil
Add minced garlic, chili flakes, rosemary, thyme, black pepper and salt to the warm oil. Stir gently and let the flavors infuse for 5-7 minutes without letting the garlic brown.
Finish and serve
Remove from heat, pour into a serving bowl and top with shaved Parmesan cheese. Serve warm with crusty bread or crackers.
