Prepare potatoes

Peel and boil the potatoes until soft.

Mash and mix ingredients

Mash the boiled potatoes and mix with cornstarch, salt, pepper, and half of the parsley.

Form the balls

Take a portion of the potato mixture, flatten it, place cheese in the center, and shape into a ball.

Roll the balls in the remaining cornstarch and fry until golden brown.
