Jurassic Dumplings
Ingredients
Dough
All-purpose flour
300 g
Water
150 ml
Salt
5 g
Filling
Ground meat
400 g
Cabbage
200 g
Onion
100 g
Garlic
10 g
Ginger
10 g
Soy sauce
30 ml
Sesame oil
15 ml
Instructions
Prepare the dough
Mix flour, salt and water to form a smooth dough. Knead for 5 minutes until elastic.
Prepare the filling
Finely chop cabbage, onion, garlic and ginger. Mix with ground meat, soy sauce and sesame oil.
Assemble the dumplings
Roll out the dough into thin circles. Place filling in the center and fold into dumpling shapes with dinosaur patterns if desired.
Cook the dumplings
Boil a large pot of water. Add dumplings and cook for 6-8 minutes until they float to the surface.
Serve
Remove dumplings with a slotted spoon and serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.

Storage
Uncooked dumplings can be frozen on a tray then transferred to a bag. Cook from frozen, adding 2 extra minutes.
