Prepare Chicken

Slice chicken breasts into thin strips and place directly on sheet pan.

Prepare Vegetables

Slice onion and all bell peppers into strips and add to the sheet pan with chicken.

Season and Mix

Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, and garlic powder. Drizzle with olive oil and toss everything together well.

Spread mixture into an even layer and bake in preheated 220°C oven for 20-25 minutes.

Make Guacamole

Mash avocados and mix with finely chopped onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and optional Serrano chili.

Give the chicken and vegetables a quick toss, then broil for 2-3 minutes until slightly charred.
