Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Roast garlic
Wrap the garlic bulb in foil and roast at 200°C for 30-40 minutes until soft and caramelized.
Make garlic butter
In a bowl, mix softened butter, roasted garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until combined.
Season and cook chicken
Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook in a hot pan with oil for 6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Slice into strips.
Prepare Alfredo sauce
In a skillet over medium-low heat, whisk heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth. Add Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy and thickened.
Prepare bread
Slice the bread loaf in half lengthwise. Spread garlic butter evenly over the cut surfaces.
Assemble garlic bread
Layer Alfredo sauce on the buttered bread, then mozzarella cheese, sliced chicken, and drizzle with more sauce. Garnish with chopped coriander if desired.
Bake garlic bread
