Instructions
Prepare microwave-safe bowl
Select a microwave-safe bowl or ramekin approximately 10-12 cm in diameter.
Mix wet ingredients
Add melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract and milk to the bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Add dry ingredients
Add flour, baking powder and salt to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined, forming a soft cookie dough.
Fold in chocolate chips
Gently fold chocolate chips into the dough until evenly distributed.
Microwave the cookie
Microwave on high (800-1000W) for 90 seconds. The cookie should be slightly gooey in the center and set around the edges.
Cool and serve
Let cool for 30 seconds before enjoying directly from the bowl. The center will continue to set as it cools.
