Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare potatoes

Scrub potatoes clean, pat dry, and pierce each several times with a fork.

Season potatoes

Rub each potato with olive oil, then season with salt, black pepper and garlic powder.

Bake potatoes

Place seasoned potatoes on the baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes until tender when pierced with a fork.

Slice and fill potatoes

Remove potatoes from oven, slice each in half lengthwise, and gently mash the inside with a fork. Top with pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, pepperoni slices and oregano.
