Instructions
Roast the garlic
Roast whole garlic bulb with olive oil and salt until soft and caramelized.
Cook the chicken
Season and cook chicken breast, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
Make the alfredo sauce
Simmer garlic, cream, bouillon and parmesan until thick and creamy.
Prepare garlic butter
Mix roasted garlic cloves into softened butter.
Assemble the garlic bread
Slice baguette, spread garlic butter, layer alfredo sauce, chicken and mozzarella.
Bake until golden
Bake assembled bread until cheese melts, then broil briefly for color.
