Instant No-Yeast Pizza
Ingredients
Dough
thick curd / plain yogurt (room_temperature)
125 g
sugar
2 tsp
salt
0.5 tsp
all-purpose flour

baking powder
1 tsp
extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp
Toppings
pizza sauce
3 tbsp
mozzarella cheese (shredded)
100 g
parmesan cheese (grated)
10 g
Garnish
dried basil
0.5 tsp
red chili flakes
0.5 tsp
extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp
Instructions
Mix yogurt base
Mix yogurt with sugar and salt until sugar is almost dissolved.
Sift flour and baking powder
Sift flour and baking powder together in two batches.
Knead dough
Knead into a sticky dough without adding extra flour.
Add oil and rest dough
Add olive oil, cover, and rest for 15-20 minutes to relax the gluten.
Roll dough
Dust with flour, form a smooth dough, roll to ~10 inches (25 cm), and prick with fork.
Pre-bake base
Bake at 230°C in a preheated oven for 6-7 minutes until bubbles appear.
Add toppings
Flip base, spread pizza sauce, then top with mozzarella and optional parmesan.
Final bake
Bake another 10-11 minutes until cheese is melted and browned.
Garnish and serve
Drizzle with olive oil while hot. Garnish with dried basil/oregano and red chili flakes.
