Ground Beef Curry
A quick and satisfying ground beef curry packed with fragrant spices and plenty of vegetables, served with fluffy basmati rice and tender broccoli.

ground coriander

ground cumin

To Serve
cooked basmati rice

Tenderstem broccoli

Instructions
Heat the oil
Heat the oil in a large saucepan over a high heat.
Cook the beef
Add the beef, season with salt and cook without stirring for 2 minutes.
Add onion and brown the beef
Add the onion, stir and break up the mince. Cook until nicely browned.
Add tomatoes and garlic
Add the tomatoes and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Add spices and simmer
Stir in the spices. Reduce the heat to medium, cover and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add peas and water
Add the peas and water, stir, cover and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve
Serve over the rice with the Tenderstem and fresh coriander.

Store rice and curry separately. Reheat curry first, then combine with fresh rice if desired.
