Instructions
Mix dry ingredients
Add flour, coconut flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and dried basil to a bowl and mix to avoid clumping.
Add wet ingredients
Add Greek yogurt and egg whites to the dry mixture and mix until a thick paste consistency forms.
Shape the crust
Place the dough in the center of a large piece of parchment paper. Spread it into a 12-13 inch circle using a circular motion, keeping the edges thicker.
Pre-bake the crust
Transfer the parchment and crust to a baking sheet or pan. Bake at 230°C for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden.
Add toppings and finish baking
Remove the crust from the parchment and return it to the pan. Top with marinara, mozzarella, and turkey pepperoni. Bake until the cheese is melted and golden.
