Make the Dough

Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let bloom, then add oil, salt, and flour; mix into dough. Rest, do stretch-and-folds, then let rise.

Cook Chicken

Marinate chicken with spices, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and oil. Rest, then cook until done.

Make Peri-Peri Sauce

Roast bell pepper, tomato, garlic, and chilies with oil, salt, and pepper until charred. Blend with coriander, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and olive oil.

Dust surface with flour and semolina. Stretch dough by hand (thin center, thicker edges).
