Instructions
Prepare the pan
Grab a large skillet and pour in the dry pasta.
Add liquids
Add the broth and cream right into the pan and give it a quick mix so everything’s coated.
Cook the pasta
Pop the lid on and cook for about 8 minutes, just until the pasta still has a little bite to it.
Season the dish
Sprinkle in your seasonings and let it simmer for a couple more minutes so everything comes together.
Melt the cheese
Stir in the cheeses and keep going until they melt down into a silky sauce. If it looks a little thick, add a splash more cream.
