Prepare vegetables

Dice onion and red capsicum into small pieces.

Cut chicken

Dice chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

Sauté vegetables

Heat pan, add onion, capsicum and garlic paste. Sauté until softened.

Add diced chicken breast to the pan and cook until lightly browned.

Add sauce ingredients

Add dry egg tagliatelle and light cream cheese. Stir to combine.

Transfer mixture to baking dish, top with shredded cheddar and bake at 190°C for 50 minutes until pasta is tender and cheese is melted.
