Instructions
Prepare chicken marinade
Cut chicken breast into strips. Mix chimichurri, spicy paprika, salt, and juice of half lemon. Coat chicken strips in marinade.
Marinate chicken
Cover marinated chicken and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Prepare batter
In a bowl, whisk eggs, flour, corn starch, salt, sweet paprika, spicy paprika, smoked paprika, black pepper, baking powder, water, and garlic until smooth.
Prepare breading
Mix flour, paprika, and salt in a shallow bowl for breading.
Bread chicken
Remove chicken from marinade. Dip each strip first in batter, then coat in breading mixture.
Fry chicken
Heat oil in deep pan to 180°C. Fry breaded chicken strips in batches for 4-5 minutes until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
Prepare dipping sauce
Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard until smooth.
Serve
Serve crispy chicken strips hot with dipping sauce.
