Loaded Fries with Pulled Pork

mayonnaise

BBQ sauce
1 tbsp
mustard
1 tbsp

Instructions
Prepare the pork
Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
Sear the pork
Heat sunflower oil in a pan and sear the pork chops on both sides until golden.
Simmer the pork
Add water, garlic, rosemary and BBQ sauce to the pan. Cover and simmer on low heat until pork is tender and can be shredded.
Shred the pork
Remove pork from pan and shred it with two forks. Return to pan and mix with remaining sauce.
Prepare the potatoes
Wash and cut potatoes into thick fries or wedges. Pat dry.
Fry the potatoes
Heat butter and remaining sunflower oil in a large pan. Fry potatoes until golden and crispy, seasoning with salt.
Prepare the sauce
Mix mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, mustard, water, salt and paprika in a small bowl until smooth.
Assemble and serve
Place crispy fries on a plate, top with pulled pork and drizzle with sauce. Serve immediately.
