Prepare the pork

Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

Sear the pork

Heat sunflower oil in a pan and sear the pork chops on both sides until golden.

Simmer the pork

Add water, garlic, rosemary and BBQ sauce to the pan. Cover and simmer on low heat until pork is tender and can be shredded.

Shred the pork

Remove pork from pan and shred it with two forks. Return to pan and mix with remaining sauce.

Prepare the potatoes

Wash and cut potatoes into thick fries or wedges. Pat dry.

Heat butter and remaining sunflower oil in a large pan. Fry potatoes until golden and crispy, seasoning with salt.
