Prepare the ingredients

Cut the beef into cubes, dice onions, mince garlic, slice carrots and dice bell peppers.

Brown the beef

Heat oil in a pot and brown the beef cubes on all sides.

Sauté aromatics

Add onions and garlic to the pot and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in tomato sauce, add bay leaves, liver spread, salt and pepper. Simmer covered for 1 hour until beef is tender.
