Instructions
Prepare the marinade
Mix buttermilk, egg, vinegar, hot sauce, and all seasonings to create a flavorful marinade for the chicken.
Marinate the chicken
Add chicken breast to the marinade and ensure it's fully coated. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the coating mixture
Mix flour, cornstarch, and all seasonings in a shallow dish for the crispy coating.
Prepare hot honey glaze
Melt butter and whisk together with honey, hot sauce, and seasonings for the signature spicy-sweet coating.
Prepare the burger sauce
Mix mayonnaise with black pepper, garlic powder, chopped parsley, and lemon juice until well combined.
Coat the chicken
Remove chicken from marinade and coat thoroughly in the flour mixture, pressing to ensure good adhesion.
Fry the chicken
Fry the coated chicken in hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 6-8 minutes per side.
Apply hot honey glaze
Brush the hot honey glaze over the freshly fried chicken while still hot for maximum flavor absorption.
Assemble the burger
Spread the prepared sauce on burger buns, add the glazed crispy chicken, and serve immediately.

Storage
Best enjoyed fresh. Chicken can be stored in fridge and reheated, but will lose some crispiness.
