Reese's Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
Cookie Dough
all-purpose flour (room_temperature)

unsalted butter (softened)

granulated sugar

brown sugar

Instructions
Cream butter and sugars
Beat softened butter with granulated and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla
Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
Mix dry ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Combine wet and dry ingredients
Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips
Gently fold chocolate chips into the cookie dough.
Chill the dough
Cover and chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 190°C and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Form cookies with Reese's filling
Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough, flatten, place one Reese's cup in the center, and wrap dough around it. Place on baking sheet.
Bake cookies
Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
Add second Reese's and drizzle chocolate
Immediately press another Reese's cup on top of each hot cookie and drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
Add dark chocolate shell
Dip or spread melted dark chocolate on the bottom of each cooled cookie to create a chocolate shell.
