Instructions
Prepare chicken batter
Combine cubed chicken with salt, pepper, egg, cornstarch, and water to create a thick maple syrup consistency batter.
Fry the chicken
Heat oil to 150°C and fry chicken pieces until golden brown, adjusting heat to maintain oil temperature.
Make the sauce
Stir-fry garlic and scallion whites, then add sauces, orange juice, wine, vinegar, and sugar. Thicken with cornstarch slurry.
Combine chicken with sauce
