Prepare and season chicken

Cut chicken breasts into strips and season with salt, pepper and chicken seasoning.

Prepare aromatics

Mince garlic cloves and grate fresh ginger.

Cook chicken

Heat a pan and fry seasoned chicken strips until golden and cooked through.

Prepare peanut sauce

In the same pan add minced garlic, ginger and chili oil, then pour in water, soy sauce, rice vinegar, peanut butter and honey. Stir until sauce is smooth.

Cook udon noodles

Cook fresh udon noodles according to package instructions in boiling water, then drain.

Add frozen green beans to the sauce and simmer until tender.
