Buldak Cheese Ramen Pasta

Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Finely chop garlic, onion, and chili peppers.
Cook ramen noodles
Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sauté aromatics and chicken
Heat butter in a pan, sauté garlic, onion, and chili until fragrant. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until golden.
Make the sauce
Add soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil to the pan. Stir to combine and simmer for 2 minutes.
Combine noodles and cheese
Add cooked ramen noodles to the sauce, toss to coat. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar over the top and cover until cheese melts.
