Pasta with Shrimp

Spaghetti or linguine
200 g
Fresh raw shrimp (grey) (raw)
250 g
Zucchini
1 piece
Tomato paste
4 g
Turmeric
1 tsp
Paprika
1 tsp
Chicken or vegetable bouillon cube

Heavy cream

Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Wash the zucchini and cut it into thin strips or half-moons.
Cook pasta
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti or linguine according to package instructions until al dente.
Cook shrimp and zucchini
Heat a pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and zucchini strips. Cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp turn pink and zucchini softens.
Add spices and tomato paste
Add turmeric, paprika, bouillon cube and tomato paste to the pan. Stir well to combine.
Add cream and finish sauce
Pour in the heavy cream and simmer gently for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Combine pasta and sauce
Drain the pasta and add it directly to the pan with the shrimp and sauce. Toss everything together to coat evenly.
Serve
Serve immediately while hot.
