Prepare vegetables

Slice the bell pepper, cucumber and green onions. Prepare pickled red onions if not already done.

Combine gochujang, ketjap manis and rice vinegar in a small bowl.

Heat a pan and fry the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Add the prepared sauce and stir to coat.
