Heat oil and sauté aromatics

Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped garlic and green chillies.

Add vegetables

Add chopped onion and bell peppers to the pan. Cook until slightly soft but still crunchy.

Add boiled soybean along with a splash of water to the vegetables.

Season with salt, black pepper, red chilli powder and mixed herbs. Mix well.
