Instructions
Prepare and boil potatoes
Peel and slice potatoes. Boil until tender until a fork can easily pierce the surface.
Mash potatoes with butter
Mash the potatoes and butter until smooth.
Mix in remaining ingredients
Add Parmesan, salt, garlic powder, parsley, cornstarch, and egg to mashed potatoes and mix until combined.
Form potato balls with cheese
Add a cheese cube to a small portion of potato mix and roll into a ball.
Deep fry the potato bites
Deep fry in 177°C oil until golden and crispy.
