Chicken Karahi

Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Wash and cut chicken into pieces. Chop tomatoes, slice onions, mince garlic and ginger, slice green chilies.
Heat oil and fry onions
Heat oil in a wok or deep pan. Add sliced onions and fry until golden brown.
Add garlic, ginger and spices
Add minced garlic, ginger and all the spices. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add chicken
Add chicken pieces and cook on high heat until the chicken changes color and is lightly browned.
Add tomatoes and simmer
Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Cover and cook on medium heat until tomatoes soften and oil separates.
Finish and garnish
Sprinkle garam masala and fresh coriander. Stir well and serve hot.
