In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

Mix wet ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter.

Combine wet and dry ingredients

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk until the batter is smooth.

Heat the pan

Heat a large non-stick or stainless steel frying pan over medium heat.

Pour about 60 ml (¼ cup) of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and edges are set, about 2-3 minutes.
