These air fryer Kinder cookies boast crispy edges with irresistibly soft, gooey centers packed with chunks of creamy Kinder chocolate.

Instructions
Cream butter and sugars
In a large mixing bowl, add the cubed butter and whisk until slightly creamy. Add the caster sugar and light brown sugar, then whisk until well combined and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla
Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and whisk until fully incorporated.
Add dry ingredients and chocolate
Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and chopped Kinder chocolate. Gently mix until just combined, do not overmix.
Portion the dough
Portion the dough into 90-95g balls.
Freeze the dough balls
Place the cookie dough balls onto a tray and freeze for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best results).
Preheat air fryer
Preheat air fryer to 175°C.
Air fry the cookies
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the tops are lightly golden while the centres remain soft.
Add chocolate topping and cool
Remove from the air fryer, top with more Kinder chunks and chocolate chips if desired, and let cool inside for 10 minutes before removing.
Serve
Serve warm with ice cream.
