Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Dice the onion, mince the garlic, and grate the parmesan cheese.
Sauté aromatics
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat, add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Brown the beef
Add ground beef to the pot, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned.
Add tomato paste and seasonings
Stir in tomato paste, oregano, salt, and pepper, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add liquids and pasta
Pour in beef broth and milk, then add the dry pasta. Stir to combine.
Simmer until pasta is cooked
