Cheesy Schezwan Maggi
A quick and flavorful twist on classic Maggi noodles, loaded with spicy Schezwan chutney and melted cheese for a creamy, fiery kick.

Instructions
Heat oil
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Sauté onion and chili
Add green chili and onion to the pan and sauté lightly until fragrant.
Cook tomato
Add tomato and cook until soft.
Add Schezwan chutney
Add Schezwan chutney and mix well.
Add seasoning
Add Maggi masala and a pinch of salt.
Add water and boil
Pour in water and bring to a boil.
Cook noodles
Add Maggi noodles and cook until nearly done.
Finish and serve
Add extra Maggi masala, fresh cilantro, grated cheese, and a little Schezwan chutney on top. Mix well and serve hot.
