Baked Feta Pasta
A creamy, tangy pasta dish where feta cheese and cherry tomatoes roast together into a rich sauce tossed with pasta.

Instructions
Preheat the oven
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Prepare the baking dish
Place the block of feta in the center of a baking dish. Surround it with cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Bake the feta and tomatoes
Bake in the preheated oven until the feta is soft and the tomatoes are bursting, about 25-30 minutes.
Cook the pasta
While the feta is baking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente.
Combine and serve
Remove the baking dish from the oven. Add the cooked and drained pasta to the dish and mix everything together until the feta and tomatoes create a creamy sauce coating the pasta. Serve immediately.
