Instructions
Sauté garlic
Heat oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped garlic until fragrant.
Cook onion and chili
Add finely chopped onion and green chili and cook until soft.
Simmer tomato sauce
Stir in thick tomato puree and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Season the sauce
Add salt, black pepper, chili flakes and oregano to the sauce.
Add pasta
Toss in the boiled pasta and a splash of reserved pasta water to bring everything together.
Add cheese and serve
Add grated cheese, mix well and serve immediately.
