wheat flour (all-purpose)

Instructions
Make the dumpling dough
Mix flour with water to form a smooth dough.
Prepare the filling
Mix ground pork with cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger and seasonings.
Shape the wrappers
Roll the dough into small circles approximately 8 cm in diameter.
Assemble the dumplings
Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wrapper and fold to seal.
Cook the dumplings
Boil a large pot of water and cook the dumplings in batches until they float.
