ground beef (20% fat)

flour tortillas (small)

Instructions
Caramelize the onions
Slowly cook diced onions with butter and oil until deeply golden and jammy.
Prepare the burger sauce
Mix all sauce ingredients until smooth and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Prepare the beef patties
Mix the spice blend and form beef into thin patties on tortillas.
Cook the tacos
Sear the beef side down until crispy, then flip and melt cheese.
Assemble and serve
Top cooked tacos with sauce, caramelized onions, lettuce, and pickles.
