No-Bake Chocolate Protein Bars

Instructions
Prepare mixing bowl
Line a small baking dish or loaf pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
Mix dry and wet ingredients
In a large bowl combine rolled oats, chocolate protein powder and cocoa powder. Add peanut butter and honey, then stir until a thick, sticky dough forms.
Fold in chocolate chips
Gently fold the dark chocolate chips into the mixture for extra chocolate flavor.
Press mixture into pan
Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press firmly with the back of a spoon or spatula to create an even layer.
Chill until firm
Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until the bars are firm and easy to slice.
Slice and serve
Remove the chilled block from the pan, cut into 8 bars and enjoy immediately or store for later.
