Instructions
Prepare garlic and noodles
Mince the garlic cloves and set aside. Cook the instant noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
Make cheese sauce base
In a pan, melt butter over medium heat, then add flour and cook for 1 minute to make a roux.
Add milk and create sauce
Gradually pour in milk while stirring continuously to create a smooth sauce. Add the second portion of milk as needed for consistency.
Add cheese and finish
Add cheese to the sauce and stir until melted. Combine with cooked noodles and garlic. Serve hot.
