Instructions

Marinate the chicken

Mix chicken thighs with yogurt and spices. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for best flavor.

Grill the chicken

Place marinated chicken on a baking tray and grill at 210°C for 25 minutes until cooked through.

Prepare the sauce base

Fry diced onions until golden brown, add chopped tomatoes and water. Mix in spices and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

Blend the sauce
