Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Slice chicken breast, mince garlic, and grate parmesan cheese.
Cook the pasta
Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente.
Sear the chicken
Heat olive oil and butter in a large pan, then sear chicken slices until golden brown on both sides.
Make the garlic cream sauce
Add minced garlic to the pan and cook until fragrant, then pour in cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Combine and finish
Add cooked pasta and grated parmesan to the sauce. Toss everything together until the pasta is evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
