Instructions
Prepare ingredients and equipment
Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Chop Kinder Bueno into small pieces.
Cream butter and sugars
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla
Beat in the room temperature egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add dry ingredients
Mix in the baking soda, cornstarch, and flour until just combined. Do not overmix.
Fold in chocolate pieces
Gently fold in the chopped Kinder Bueno and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Scoop and bake
Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet, spacing cookies about 5 cm apart. Bake at 175°C for 15 minutes until edges are golden.
Cool cookies
Remove from oven and let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
