Instructions
Prepare cucumber
Grate half a cucumber. Squeeze out as much water as possible from the grated cucumber using a clean kitchen towel or your hands.
Mix ingredients
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, squeezed cucumber, lemon juice, chopped mint, chopped dill, crushed garlic, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
Taste and adjust
Taste the tzatziki and adjust seasoning with more salt, pepper, lemon juice, or herbs if desired.
Serve
Serve immediately with grilled meats, fish, or as a dip with vegetables and bread.
