Cheesy Nando’s Chicken Wraps
Ingredients
Chicken
chicken breast (raw)
280 g
smoked paprika
1 tsp
peri seasoning
1 tsp
peri marinade
2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
black pepper
1 tsp
To Serve
reduced fat cheese slices
2 slice
tortilla wraps
2 piece
chopped romaine lettuce
2 handful
chilli jam
30 g
perinaise
30 g
Instructions
Season the chicken
Season chicken breasts with smoked paprika, peri seasoning, peri marinade, salt and black pepper.
Air fry the chicken
Air fry seasoned chicken at 190°C for 12-14 minutes until cooked through and lightly charred.
Add cheese
Top chicken with cheese slices for the final 1-2 minutes of cooking.
Chop the chicken
Roughly chop cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Assemble the wraps
Place chopped lettuce down the centre of each tortilla wrap.
Add chicken and sauces
Top with chopped chicken, drizzle with perinaise and chilli jam.
Roll and serve
Fold in the sides of the wraps and roll up tightly. Slice in half and serve immediately.
