Country-Style Potatoes in the Oven

Instructions
Prepare the potatoes
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into small wedges.
Season the potatoes
Sprinkle the potatoes with salt and your choice of spices (allspice, paprika, granulated garlic, potato seasoning).
Add oil and mix
Add sunflower oil and mix well so that each potato piece is evenly coated.
Bake the potatoes
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 30–40 minutes until golden and crispy.
Garnish and serve
Remove the potatoes from the oven, sprinkle with fresh herbs, and serve immediately.
Storage
Best eaten fresh. Reheat in oven to restore crispiness.
