Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 230°C.

Prepare butter mixture

In a bowl, melt butter and mix in minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and Italian herb seasoning.

Melt butter in microwave in 20-second intervals to prevent overheating

Prepare dough and fill

Cut pizza dough into 16 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, then flatten with a rolling pin or hands into a small disc. Place mozzarella cheese in the center, fold the dough over and pinch edges to seal completely.

Arrange and brush

Place the filled dough balls into a baking dish, leaving space between each for expansion. Brush each bomb generously with the prepared butter mixture.
