Beef and Cheese Flatbread
Cheesy beef-filled flatbreads
Golden, crispy flatbreads stuffed with savory seasoned beef and melted cheese, brushed with butter and fresh herbs.

Instructions
Activate yeast
Mix the yeast, sugar, warm water, salt, and 1 cup flour. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Knead the dough
Add the remaining flour, powdered milk, and oil, then knead for 10 minutes.
Prepare the filling
Cook diced onion and garlic in a little oil. Add ground beef and season with salt, black pepper, Sazon, and your favorite seasonings. Add a splash of beef broth, then tomato sauce. Stir in shredded cheese.
Divide and flatten dough
Divide the dough into small balls and flatten each one.
Assemble flatbreads
Add the beef filling and more cheese to each flattened dough, then seal.
Cook the flatbreads
Cook in a lightly oiled pan over medium-low heat until golden on both sides.
Finish and serve
Brush with melted butter and top with chopped parsley or cilantro.
