Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.

Mix cake batter

In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then gradually mix in flour, cocoa powder and milk until smooth.

Bake the cake

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Prepare chocolate filling

Melt dark chocolate with cream in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in chopped pistachios and let cool slightly.

Slice the cooled cake horizontally. Spread chocolate pistachio filling between the layers.

Melt milk chocolate and pour over the cake. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
