ground beef

flour tortillas

cheddar cheese

romaine lettuce (shredded)

Instructions
Caramelize the Onions
Cook diced onions slowly with butter and olive oil until deeply golden and jammy.
Make the Burger Sauce
Mix all burger sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Prepare the Beef Patties
Roll ground beef into small balls and press each ball firmly onto a tortilla into a thin layer.
Cook the Tacos
Cook the tacos meat-side down on a hot griddle until deeply browned and crispy.
Add Cheese and Finish
Flip the tacos, top with cheddar cheese, and cover until cheese melts and tortilla is lightly toasted.
Assemble and Serve
Top with burger sauce, caramelized onions, lettuce, and optional pickles. Serve immediately.
