Wrap ice cream cones in foil to create cone moulds.

Cut and shape puff pastry

Cut puff pastry into long triangles and wrap each around a foil-covered cone, pressing edges to seal.

Place pastry cones on a baking sheet and bake until lightly golden.

Remove foil cones and bake pastry horns again for extra crispness.

Prepare filling

Mix mascarpone with strawberry jam until smooth.

Fill and garnish

Pipe or spoon the mascarpone cream into cooled pastry horns, add a little strawberry jam and top each with a fresh strawberry.
