Instructions
Mix dry ingredients
In a large bowl combine Strawberry Nesquik, flour and baking powder.
Add wet ingredients
Add eggs and melted butter to the dry mixture and stir until a soft dough forms.
Shape cookies
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment. Press a few chocolate pieces and chocolate chips into the center of each cookie.
Bake
Bake cookies in a preheated oven at 160°C for 11–13 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
Cool and serve
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
