Torta Cookie with Nutella Filling
Ingredients
Dough
brown sugar (room_temperature)

refined sugar (room_temperature)
75 g
butter (room_temperature)
200 g
egg (room_temperature)

vanilla extract

chocolate chips

wheat flour
250 g
baking soda
1 tsp
salt
1 pinch
Filling
Nutella
500 g
Instructions
Cream butter and sugars
Mix brown sugar, refined sugar, and butter together until fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla
Add egg and vanilla extract and mix well.
Add dry ingredients
Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix with spatula until combined.
Add chocolate chips
Add chocolate chips and mix them into the dough.
Chill dough
Cover dough with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Prepare dish
Separate a portion of dough for the lid. Press the rest into the dish.
Fill and top
Fill with Nutella and cover with remaining dough.
Bake
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.
